Terms of Use
Sobermark (app.sobermark) · Last updated 11 September 2026
These terms cover your use of Sobermark. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
Using Sobermark
Sobermark is a personal self-help tool for tracking sobriety, provided as-is for your own personal, non-commercial use. It is meant to sit alongside professional care, never to replace it. It is intended for adults.
Sobermark Pro and billing
Pro unlocks the full stats, journal, badges, craving insights and share cards. It is sold as a Weekly or Yearly subscription, or a one-off Lifetime unlock, purchased through the app store you downloaded Sobermark from (Google Play or Apple's App Store) and charged to that store account.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Where a free trial is offered, it becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings. Lifetime is a single payment with no renewal.
Prices are shown in the app before you buy, may vary by country, and can change with notice. Payments, renewals and any refunds are handled by the app store under its own policies, not by us directly.
Your data
Your personal data stays on your phone. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail and the two anonymous exceptions (billing and usage counts).
Changes and contact
Sobermark is made by Digital Highrise Ltd in the United Kingdom, and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update these terms; continuing to use the app means you accept the current version. Questions? Email hello@sobermark.app.
A note on your health
Sobermark is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional help. If you are struggling with dependency, or stopping could affect your health, please speak to a doctor or a qualified professional first.
